What is a Dockominium or Rackominium?

Much like owning a condo, boaters can own a permanent slip or dry storage for their boat. At Harbor at Lemon Bay, wet slip or "Dockominium" storage is available for boats 35' to 50'. Dry slips or "Rackominium" storage is available for boats ranging from 17' to 42'.
